Pilotlight is investigative and document-drafting software provided by Dynamic Solutions. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Its analysis, statute suggestions, and generated documents are drafts for your review and for review by a licensed attorney.
You agree to use Pilotlight only to document conduct directed at you or at a party you are authorized to represent, and in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any platform whose data you process.
Pilotlight runs locally. You supply your own third-party model and API keys and are responsible for their use and associated costs. We do not receive, store, or process your case data on our servers.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any analysis is accurate, admissible, or sufficient for any legal purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
