The Pilotlight desktop application stores your campaigns, actors, evidence, and generated documents only on your own device, encrypted at rest. That data is never transmitted to or stored by Dynamic Solutions.
To sell and license the software, this site processes the minimum necessary account information: your email address, a securely hashed passphrase, and subscription and billing status. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers.
We do not collect, request, or receive the contents of your cases, your model and API keys, or any evidence you process in the app.
We use Stripe for payments and may use standard infrastructure providers to host this website. These parties process data only as needed to provide their service.
You can cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
